That anything is possible has been confirmed by the complications delaying the beginning of Kosovo peace talks, by the Serbian delegation's insisting on not talking with representatives of the KLA. It is even possible that the Rambouillet attempt to "enforce peace" may become another stage in the management of the Kosovo conflict, which has not yet reached its lowest point and might last for some more time, Delo says on Tuesday.
