Krka Increases Sales Despite the World Financial Crisis

The pharmaceutical producer Krka sold 50 billion tolars' (US$ 298 million) worth of goods and services last year, according to unaudited accounts. The turnover was up by two percent from 1997, while the operations' profit increased by eight percent, the company's officials said on Friday.
