A series of seven lectures on modern art will be launched on Monday by the Soros Centre of Ljubljana as part of the World of Art programme. All the lectures will deal with geopolitics and art. The opening lecture, Incompetence and its Advantages, will be delivered by English historian Charles Harrison.
