Ljubljana, 22 February - Although the deadline for the Kosovo peace settlement expired, the Europeans, supported by Moscow, postponed attacking Serb targets. They hope they will be able to convince the Serbs that only international troops can enforce peace and autonomy of Kosovo, writes Delo.
