Demaqi Says Talks Have Brought No Significant Progress

Politically or militarily, no significant progress has been made at the Kosovo peace talks in Rambouillet. The proposed deal has offered autonomy that the Kosovo Albanians can not accept, Adem Demaqi, a Kosovo Liberation Army (KLA) representative, told the Slovene national television on Wednesday evening.
