Competent Authority Allows Merger Intereuropa - Port of Koper and Joint Venture Petrol - Ina

The national authority for protection of competition authorized a long-expected merger of the Koper-based transport company Intereuropa with the Port of Koper into a Global Logistics Service (GLS). The authority also allowed foundation of a joint venture by Slovene and Croatian oil companies Petrol and Ina, the authority reported on Tuesday.
