Slovenia a Leading European Country in Alcohol Consumpion

Slovenia is a leading European country in the consumption of alcohol. Nine percent of all diseases and ten percent of deaths recorded in Slovenia are related to excessive alcohol consumption, Head of the Government Narcotics Office Dr. Milan Krek said on Wednesday, presenting the latest issue of the magazine Vita which is concerned with alcoholism.
