Kolinska to Merge with U.S. Bestfoods

The Slovene company Kolinska is merging with the international company Bestfoods from the U.S.. The companies are continuing intensified talks, which will result in the signing of contracts on further co-operation in production, marketing, sales and distribution of Knorr and Hellmann's products, chairman of the board at Kolinska Alojz Dezelak reported on Friday.
