Successful Bid by Zivila to Take over Veletrgovina Potrosnik

Kranj, 7 January - COMPANIES/TAKEOVER/ZIVILA/POTROSNIK
On Saturday expires the offer issued by the Slovene trading company Zivila Kranj for the purchase of 971,249 shares of Veletrgovina Potrosnik from Murska Sobota, northeastern Slovenia. The takeover will succeed if the bidder buys 51 percent of the shares of the target company.
