Zivila Becomes 62-Percent Owner of Veletrgovina Potrosnik

Zivila Kranj, a company running a chain of supermarkets, has successfully acquired an over 62-percent stake in Potrosnik, its rival based in Murska Sobota. The company purchased the stake before 8 January, said Director of Zivila Kranj Branko Remic, and announced that the stake is sure to increase in the next few weeks as Potrosnik's shares are still being traded on the stock market.
