No Need to Ban Chicken Meat Imports from Italy

Slovene chickens are not threatened by chicken flue that has spread in Italy, Head of the Veterinary Office Zoran Kovac said on Monday. After discussing the issue with colleagues from Italy and the EU, Slovene veterinary authorities have decided against banning chicken meat imports from Italy.
