Bulgaria's Ambassador Delivers His Credentials to Kucan

The newly appointed Bulgarian ambassador to Slovenia on Tuesday handed his credentials to President Milan Kucan. On the occasion Ambassador Svetozar Vladislav Panov and President Kucan talked about bilateral relations, European integrations and situation in the South Eastern Europe.
