Slovene Embassy in Beijing Almost Broken In

Unidentified perpetrators tried to break into the Slovene embassy in Beijing at the end of December, National Television reported on Tuesday evening. The attempted break-in happened on 27 December when Ambassador Tit Turnsek was in Slovenia. The Slovene Foreign Ministry has confirmed that the burglars only damaged a door, a window and staircase, but failed to enter the offices.
