Soros Becomes Honorary Member of the ZRC SAZU

George Soros, a Hungarian-American philanthropist and financier who established the Open Society Fund in 1979, has been granted the title of the 1999 honorary member of the Scientific and Research Centre of the Slovene Academy of Arts and Sciences (ZRC SAZU).
