Brussels, 20 January - No meat embargo on Slovene meat exports to the EU will be imposed in practice, even if the expected decision about lifting a 1 February embargo is not published in the EU Official Gazette before 1 February. This was told to the press on Thursday by Agriculture Ministry State Secretary Franc But after meeting the EU commissioners for enlargement and the protection of consumers, Guenter Verheugen and David Byrn.
