New Locomotive on Test

Slovene Railways will be testing a new dual-system locomotive on Friday. Manufactured by Italian Ansaldo-Breda the engine will pull cargo carriages on the Koper-Divaca-Ljubljana line. The locomotive, which is said to be more environmentally friendly than current locomotives, will leave Koper station in the late morning hours, thus arriving in Ljubljana before midday.
