Petric Succeeds Tuerk as Slovenia's UN Ambassador

Ljubljana, 25 January - Slovenia's President Milan Kucan on Tuesday signed a decree recalling Danilo Tuerk, the outgoing extraordinary and plenipotentiary ambassador heading Slovenia's standing mission to the United Nations, and appointing incumbent Foreign Ministry State Secretary Ernest Petric to the post, the presidential office said.
