Insurance Group Generali Opens Branch in Koper

Insurance company Generali SKB Zavarovalnica today opened a regional office in Koper as one of the three new offices to be opened in Slovenia during the course of this year - the other two will be opened in Postojna and Nova Gorica. In the words of regional director, Mirko Miklavcic, the company is planning to hold a three-percent market share by 2003, with its universal offer of property, life and accident insurance for companies and citizens. The current portfolio represents a one-percent market share.
