Frlec Opens a Workshop on Light Weapons

A first workshop on light weapons within the Stability Pact for South Eastern Europe opened in Ljubljana on Thursday with an address by outgoing Foreign Minister Boris Frlec. The participants will discuss "an important and practical issue of light weapons and possible solutions to the issue from the aspect of the region," Frlec explained. This is a long-term task, which will be carried out in co-operation with the United Nations and the Organisation for Security and Co-operation in Europe.
