Slovene-Croatian Agreement Before the Constitutional Court?

Ljubljana, 27 January - A group of legislators of the ruling Liberal Democracy of Slovenia (LDS), opposition United List of Social Democrats (ZLSD), the LDS' partner DeSUS and national minorities, asked the Constitutional Court on Thursday to pass its opinion on the constitutionality of the Slovene-Croatian agreement on border traffic and co-operation. The judgement should clear up any doubt about the agreement's unconstitutionality once and for all, say the proponents, headed by LDS legislator Joze Avsic.
