Slovene Economy Review From 22 through 28 January

Slovenia has, after almost five years, passed legislation on the privatisation of insurance companies which will regulate property transformation of public capital in joint-stock companies whose exclusive line of business is insurance and assurance. In addition to that the National Assembly also passed an insurance act which brings the sector in line with the EU regulations.
