Majcen Disappointed over the Sports Court Decision

I am disappointed over the decision of the Court of Arbitration for Sport (CAS), the Slovene long distance swimmer Igor Majcen said on Thursday in response to Wednesday's rejection of his appeal by the CAS. With the decision the court confirmed the four year suspension that was imposed by the Doping Panel of the International Swimming Federation (FINA) on August 8, 1999.
