First Food and Nutrition Action Plan Conference Begins in Slovenia

Kranj, 1 June - A three-day conference entitled "First Food and Nutrition Action Plan" for South Eastern Europe started at Brdo pri Kranju, some 30 km northwest of Ljubljana, on Thursday. Organised by the Slovene Health Ministry in collaboration with the WHO, the conference is attended by government officials from eight countries from the region and the countries participating in the Balkan Stability Pact which are responsible for drafting an food and nutrition action plan.
