Bajuk's Lawsuit Rejected in Supreme Court

The first level three-member Supreme Court senate rejected the lawsuit of Prime Minister Andrej Bajuk and his ministerial candidates against the first round of voting on the government in which Bajuk's proposed cabinet lost in a narrow vote. A fifteen day appeal deadline steps into force on Wednesday while any appeals will be decided upon by the Supreme Court, said the Secretary of the Supreme Court Janko Marinko.
