Slovene Textile Industry Conslutation in Maribor

Ljubljana, 7 June - The conditions for operations and development of the Slovene textile industry, which has 14 percent of all employed in the manufacturing industry but only turns over 6.8 percent and exports 10.3 percent in the manufacturing industry, are becoming more difficult, it was established at the consultation on the possibilities and perspectives of the development of the Slovene textile industry. The consultation took place in Maribor on Wednesday and was organised by the Maribor University Faculty of Mechanical Engineering in co-operation with the Slovene Chamber of Commerce.
