Shareholders of the Slovene Export Company Have Approved Proposals of the Board

Ljubljana, 12 June - All 84 shareholders of the Slovene Export Company (SID), among which the state has the biggest stake (91 %), gave a green light on Monday to the proposals put forward by the company's board. A business report for 1999 was also adopted and business aims for the year 2000 were confirmed. The SID, a company for insurance and financing of exports, ended 1999 with a profit of SIT 125 million (612,745 euro).
