Kucan Expresses Concern over Latest Scandal to Bajuk

Ljubljana, 14 June - Slovene President Milan Kucan has addressed a letter to the Prime Minister Andrej Bajuk in light of the new scandal that has rocked the Defence Ministry. The President expressed expectation that the scandal, which involves the Slovene Intelligence Office (OVS), will mean the putting into order of this office following numerous scandals that have arisen there. Kucan believes that it is necessary to implement standards, such as those used in the army and the legal system in the Euro-Atlantic Alliance, in this field.***
