Slovene Composer Wins Award at International Competition

Ljubljana, 15 June - Slovene middle generation composer Tomaz Svete received the highest award at the international opera competition organised by the Carinthian provincial government. Svete was honoured for his new stage work entitled "Kriton". The award means that Svete will receive a financial reward, while his work will experience its premiere on Saturday, 15 October in Graz, in the framework of the music festival Steierische Herbst.
