Act on Confidential Information to Prevent Leakage of Classified Documents to Public

Ljubljana, 15 June - The parliamentary committe for internal policy and judiciary gave support to the new act on confidential information on Thursday. The act will stipulate basic principles, common grounds and standards of a unified system of determining, protecting and accessing classified information for all state bodies, said Slavko Debelak, a state secretary at the Interior Ministry. The act will be the first to regulate the issue of the protection and handling with classified information.
