Property Determination in Slovenia and Croatia a Complicated and Lengthy Process

Ljubljana, 15 June - The Slovene Development Corporation (SRD) and the Croatian Fund for Privatisation will publish a public call for all companies which own property in Croatia or Slovenia to deliver documents which would assist with the establishment of the share of Slovene companies in legal entities in Croatia and vice-versa. This was decided at Wednesday's meeting between members of the Slovene-Croatian commission that will sign an agreement on the ownership of property of companies and will define the proprietorial shares.
