Radenska to Pay Out Dividends of 0.21 Euros Per Share

Ljubljana, 16 June - The shareholders of natural mineral water drinks-producer Radenska passed all proposed points of the management and supervisory board. With this they also passed the business report for 1999 and the proposal for the distribution of profit, while they also named the new members of the supervisory board and the revisor of the company. From the total profit of SIT 548.4 million (2.67 million euros) they will earmark 40 percent of the profit SIT 219 million for dividends. Thus each share will receive a dividend of SIT 43.6 (0.21 euros).
