Ljubljana, 18 June - The government appointed 20 new state secretaries and endorsed a package of other personnel changes at its Thursday session, its second after it was given the green light in parliament on 7 June. However, it was decided that 10 state secretaries will not be replaced, which means that a total of 30 state secretaries have full powers at the moment, said President of the government personnel commission Janez Jansa, who is also Defence Minister.
