31st Festival of Slovene Choirs Concluded

This year's festival of Slovene choirs entitled "Hodil po zemlji sem nasi" (I Walked Across Our Land) focused on traditional songs of the Dolenjska and Bela Krajina regions, southern Slovenia. Around 220 choirs and over 5,000 singers gathered at the 31st annual two-day gathering in Sentvid near the Sticna monastery (some 30 km southeast of Ljubljana) this weekend.
