13-Percent Share of Authorised Investment Companies in Power Stations not Questionable

Ljubljana, 21 June - Decrees on the transformation of ownership of six major Slovene power stations should come into force on Wednesday, but that was not the case, since the decrees were revoked by the government at its extraordinary session on Monday at the proposal of the Economics Minister Joze Zagozen. The reason for the revocation was to gain "sensible time" for the signing of contracts that would regulate the management of participation of new owners, i.e. authorised investment companies.
