Pomursko Dairy Responds to Reports of Pesticides in Milk

Murska Sobota, 23 June - The Pomursko Dairy on Friday responded to media reports saying that the Health Inspectorate found pesticides in one of its products at the end on March. As a consequence, the dairy was prohibited to sell pasteurised milk with 3,2% fat content and was also not allowed to process it into other products. However, several analyses have shown that there is nothing wrong with the milk, and that the substances had obviously come into the milk from the package. As a consequence, the dairy removed the package from sale and replaced it.
