Petric: Belgrade Cannot Speak for Montenegro

New York, 24 June - Violating its own constitution, declining the equality of the Montenegrin nation and exercising continuous pressure on the democratically elected government in Podgorica, Belgrade is loosing the legitimacy to represent Montenegro, Slovenia's UN Ambassador Ernest Petric said in his adress to the UN Security Council in an open session Friday night.
