Belinka to Pay Out Dividends of SIT 100

Ljubljana, 26 June - Shareholders of chemical-manufacturer Belinka passed all points proposed by the management, while the resolution to appoint a new member of the supervisory council was withdrawn. Thus, from the SIT 422 million (2.05 million euro) in net profit, SIT 417 million (2.03 million euro) will remain undistributed, while SIT 5 million (euro 24,300) will be paid as premiums for the supervisory council. The company will also pay out dividends of SIT 100 (0.50 euro) per share from the undistributed profit in 1995 and 1996.
