Ljubljana Dairy Shareholders Support Acquisition of Maribor Dairy
Ljubljana, 29 June - The general meeting of the Ljubljana Dairy on Thursday supported the proposed acquisition of the Maribor Dairy, whose shareholders endorsed the merger on Monday. The joint company will be launched in operation as of 1 January 2001.
