June Inflation Stands at 0.6 Percent

Ljubljana, 30 June - The prices of consumer goods increased by 0.6 percent in June over May. Consumer prices grew by 4.3 percent in the first half of 2000, while only 2.7 percent during the same period last year. Yearly inflation has thus reached 9.7 percent (June 1999 to June 2000), the National Statistical Office reported on Friday.
