Autocommerce Increases the Dividend by 12 Percent

Ljubljana, 30 June - The general meeting of Autocommerce on Friday supported all the proposals put forward by management and the supervisory board. The shareholders adopted the annual report for 1999 and supported the proposed distribution of last year's profit of about SIT 674 million (3.3 million euro). SIT 400 million was allocated for reserves, while almost SIT 275 million was left undistributed. The general meeting declared a dividend of SIT 76 gross per share, a rise of 12 percent over last year. Dividends of SIT 211 million in all will be covered from the profit made in the past, Autocommerce said.
