An Oil Painting by Jozef Petkovsek Stolen From the National Gallery
Ljubljana, 30 June - A painting by a leading representative of Slovene realism Jozef Petkovsek (1861-1898) was taken from the National Gallery in Ljubljana on Thursday, assistant director of the gallery Janko Osredkar confirmed for STA. The stolen painting called "the Letter" (Pismo) belongs to the permanent collection of the gallery.
