The EU and NATO to Remain Slovenia's Priorities Under New Foreign Minister

Ljubljana, 3 July - The chief priority of the Slovene Foreign Ministry remains accelerated efforts to secure Slovenia's membership in the EU and NATO, as well as the Organisation for Economic Co-operation and Development (OECD), while seeking active engagement in the Stability Pact for South Eastern Europe, co-operation with the Visegrad group countries, relations with the border countries and its care for Slovenes abroad, Foreign Minister Lojze Peterle told the press on Monday.
