Supreme Court Rejects Claim by Replaced Telekom Board Director

Ljubljana, 6 July - JUDICIARY/GOVERNMENT
The Supreme Court has rejected a claim filed by the replaced chairman of the Board of Telekom Slovenia Peter Tevz to issue a provisional order which would allow him to continue to act as the chairman, while the incumbent chairman Marjan Podobnik would be relieved of his duties. The decision is not yet final.
