Gov't Proposes Referendum on Electoral System

Ljubljana, 6 July - The government on Thursday passed a proposal to amend the Constitution and a bill to call a referendum on electoral system, which is to be adopted in a swift procedure. According to the proposed bill, the voters will choose between a bill on the second-vote plurality system and a bill on the system of proportional representation.
