Parties Comment the Government Proposal on Referendum on Electoral System

Ljubljana, 7 July - Slovene parties commented Friday on the government proposal to amend the Constitution and the proposed bill to call a referendum on electoral system, which is to be adopted in a swift procedure. According to the proposed bill, the voters would choose between a bill on the second-vote plurality system and a bill on the system of proportional representation.
