Tensions Between the Parliament and the Constitutional Court is Natural, Says Adamovich

Ljubljana, 10 July - Tensions between the Parliament and the Constitutional Court is natural and necessary in every state having such a court which supervises the respect for the constitution as applied in individual laws, claimed President of the Austrian Constitutional Court Ludwig Adamovich in a lecture entitled "Relations Between the Parliament and the Constitutional Court". The lecture was organised by the National Council, the Slovene Government, and the Union of Slovene Lawyers' Associations on Monday.
