France Determined to See the Success of the IGC
Brussels, 11 July - French European Affairs Minister Pierre Moscovici stressed on Monday that the French presidency was determined to see the Intergovernmental Conference suceed as "the future of Europe depends on it". The IGC on institutional reforms will prepare the EU for the accession of new members.
