Demining Fund is a Noble Idea Which Eliminates the Consequences of Ignoble Actions, Says President Kucan

Ig, 12 July - "Slovenia made the right decision when it established a demining fund, a fund which is a great and noble idea that eliminates the consequences of ignoble ideas and actions, the consequences of war which primarily affect civilians. That is why this idea has a humanitarian dimension, said President Milan Kucan after visiting the International Trust Fund for Demining and Mine Victims Assistance (ITF) headquarters at Ig near Ljubljana. ITF officials briefed Kucan on the demining that has already been carried out by the fund as well on its future projects.
