Parliament Suspends Session on Voting Legislation

Ljubljana, 12 July - The National Assembly has suspended until tommorrow a session at which it is debating a proposal to change article 80 of the Constitution so as to have proportional representation written down in it, togehter with what has been called the personalisation of elections, namely giving a vote to an individual candidate instead of a national list.
