We can finally see the end of the tunnel in which the Slovene minority has been for decades, a Trieste-based Slovene language weekly of the Slovene minority in Italy wrote optimistically on Thursday, a day after the lower chamber of the Italian Parliament gave the green light to a bill intended to protect the Slovene minority's rights.
